Domaine du Cap

 

The "Domaine du Cap" is a closed gated community, having its

exit at the sea-side boulevard of Cap d'Antibes, 100 m away from the beach Les Ondes.

The Domaine is composed of ten villas with swimming pools and gardens. 

 

Villa Rustique Romaine

 

This villa has a 250 m2 surface and 1400 m2 garden with mediterranean plants. The villa is particularly child-friendly,

with many play grounds, wooden chalet, swings, tennis table,

basket. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi for 6 people.

On the ground floor there is a living room with dining area, next to a fireplace. The bow windows overlook the garden and the sea. 

There is also a double room with en-suite bathroom.

The kitchen has an exit to the terrace with a barbecue.

On the first floor there is the Master bedroom with an onyx

bathroom with bath tube, shower, double wash basin and bidet. The Master bedroom has a terrace with table and chaires where you can take your breakfast and enjoy the sea view.

There are two more bedrooms with double beds, terraces and en-suite bathroom and a forth bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
